Refund Policy

We sincerely hope that you adore your AXIS Ethos pieces as much as we do. However, should you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please carefully review the following guidelines.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 working days from the date your order is received, and we will refund to the original payment method. To be eligible, all items must be unused, in their original condition, with safety tags attached and original packaging intact. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, soiling, or alteration may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@axisethos.com, including your order number in the email so our team can assist you promptly.

AXIS Ethos reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.


Shipping Information

We ship internationally. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Governing Law

These terms, including this Refund Policy, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
